Yes you can. I paid $170 to the State department, $35 to the city of Chandler and UPS costs. You'll get your passport in 4 to 6 weeks instead of 8 to 12 weeks.

They don't take your picture. You can get passport photos all over like Walgreens and CVS. Your appt won't take very long especially if you double check your application form and bring all of the supporting documents. When you receive your passport is a different issues entirely. You can check the state dept passport website to how l9ng it will take. We paid extra for expedited and the wait is 10 weeks to receive them. It was 12 to 16 weeks if we didn't expedite. The wait is changing frequently and getting shorter.

You bring the application along with your birth certificate and your drivers license to 175 S Arizona Ave.
She needs to fill out a new application Ds11 form. Go to Chandleraz.gov and type passport in their search bar. Lots of info there.
