Went in yesterday and Josh was very helpful and patient with us. We were able to upgrade to new phones and he let me know on a deal I had for the new internet box and also let me know that we were able to save money with the upgrade on our phones! Thank you for your hard work Josh 🙏🏼 will definitely come back to this location. Wonderful customer service from everyone!

Is this the one by Honey Baked Ham ...if so my answer is Yes of sorts. They are slow and very BUSY each time I've needed assistance it's been long wait and after 2 or more hours just left and gone elsewhere. Had our best service at the one off 75 in large shopping center the staff and environment much better than Mesquite in my opinion and worth the hassle of commute when we can get assistance for senior citizens. Unless they have changed be prepared for LOUD RAP MUSIC and headache during and after wait. Times there only 1 tech to assist and very busy location. Once you get checked in the floor staff is finished and never check to give report of where you are in wait list but now I believe they have a screen to see status or was told it was on an install pending on our last visit. There is a store off Centerville in Garland in shopping center with Office Depot that are very accommodating and knowledgeable and make you feel appreciated that we like. Hope this helps.
Some phones can be unlocked and some phones can not be unlocked. You need to talk with someone at a phone store in the country where you are. I hope that you get the phone unlocked.
