The owners response below is false. I am not a women, so you obviously don’t know which caller I was. I was ready to pay, just had a couple questions. Also, he was willing to help me get a passport even though I wasn’t leaving the country anytime soon. So don’t act like you care about, “Federal Regulations.” If you aren’t able to answer a couple/few questions and expect people to just blindly give you a credit card number, well then, I think we know what type of person does that don’t we!? LOL. -Cheers Original review- Couldn't hear the guy on the phone very well, except for the parts where he kept asking for my credit card (over and over and over again). lol. I was just trying to ask him some basic questions on how it all works, he was not helpful. This place is a no go for me. Good luck to all. Hope it works out for you.
