Please do not go here for a passport! If I could leave 0 stars I would! Drove almost an hour away in horrible weather for an appointment that had been made over a month in advance. I asked am in the right place for a passport appointment and was ignored! The worker finally said “the passport agent called out of work today so it’s canceled” They didn’t bother to call or email to inform me of the cancellation. she then made an announcement saying no passports will be processed today resulting in other customers walking out upset also. I got no apology or anything! Horrible customer service. I will not be returning.

Ms. Rayneisha Williams provided excellent service when I was applying for my passport today. It was my third attempt to apply through a post office, so I was a bit flustered and nervous, and she was very patient with me. She gave me excellent service and I am so happy this attempt was a success! I have recommended this passport center to others in my life.
