I had a horrible experience living here!!! I was here for about 6 months, in this time frame, the leasing office promised me new patio blinds when I was signing my lease, they never did fix my blinds, they were still broken when I moved out. The bug problem here is beyond words, from cockroaches to crickets you name it!!! Leasing office sends pest control in to do a job but the job never gets done, they also told me I had bugs because I have a little dog, how pathetic!!! Also when you move out they do not give you your whole security deposit back, your apartment could be immaculate and they would make up an excuse not to give you your whole refund. Leasing office and management never follow through with there advice, they say one thing and then later deny it!! I would not live here again!!!! Also they do not answer there phone for anything!

I am extremely grateful for PETER!!! After several maintenance calls, he was assigned to help and was very helpful with explaining why it was a complicated plumbing issue. He promised to return in the morning and kept his promise. His communication and professionalism was beyond refreshing and a real relief in the midst of all of the frustrations. He has provided a superior experience and I appreciate him very much!! He needs to be managing the overall property because he has set the stage as a great example of how to treat tenants that have issues regarding maintenance. Thanks PETER!! 🙏🏾😁🙏🏾

We never got a notification that our air conditioning was broken until we actually turned it on. We went into the office multiple times they assured us it was going to be fixed that day. The reason we go into the office is because they never answer the phones even though they were there. I came home to my unit looking like this I live in the first floor never bothered about her safety. I went into the office found out that the door was locked because it was after hours yet they were someone in there all she can say to me was I needed to call the one 800 number because it was after working hours. I told her my husband works at night I have to sleep with my apartment looking like this. Never even bother giving me the one 800 number or told me who to contact. Trust I have plenty more to say about this awful place in the awful customer service skills that they have here

Yes, they do. They charge a high deposit depending on how bad your credit is. Plus, they have a program where you can pay little as $200 for your deposit but it's non-refundable and if the unit is damaged in any way after you move out, you have to pay out of your pocket to pay for any damages.
