I just moved to zone and this apartment complex has been very inviting and responsive with us from day one. The staff and maintenance workers are nice and welcoming. The amenities are very well maintained. I haven’t had any issue with parking in their covered lot. If you’re ever having trouble with anything Lexi and Faith are always a great help in the leasing office.

Lexi, is your girl to call if you want to live here! She has been great to work with always helpful. Anytime I’ve asked for something she is on it. I can be needy and she always takes care of me with a smile. The rest of the staff are also accommodating, friendly, and work together to get as a team. Great place to be! :)

We have been renting this place for a while now and we absolutely love it. Lexi helped us from day one. Not only did we get the apartment style we desired (The Sun) we also got the details. I love my white kitchen. This is resort living at its finest. Thank you to Lexi for being absolutely amazing.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a place to live in Glendale while I attend grad school and thought zone seemed like a good option. Until we got in contact with the staff! We flew down from Minnesota and toured in person to be given the worst apartment tour likely in history by the worker who clearly hates her job. We found a listing on their website and asked if we could talk about maybe leasing it and was told “no you can’t have that sorry” and they re priced it within 24 hours to be $300 more expensive per month. Then we returned home and found another affordable option and requested a virtual tour of the unit and they both No Showed the tour on us and increased the cost from $1450 per month to $2069 per month for the exact same unit. I can’t believe these people get new tenants with their lack of professionalism and effort to provide quality service.
