With all the new luxury rentals coming in Christopher Todd does not compare. The communication with the office is horrible, there is never any parking for guest, and the pool is to small, the paint chips off the wall if you brush against it and I am sure they will charge me when I move, lights over covered parking does not always come on as soon as it is dark. Other places offer more and are cheaper. They do not have a dog park, only one small pool, limited parking, small gym, shower water does not get hot, etc.

Do not ever consider living here if you own more than one vehicle. When they designed this place they apparently only took into consideration single people with one vehicle and no friends. Parking here is impossible. Each unit is assigned 1 covered parking space, the problem is most households today have at least 2 cars. There is nowhere near enough parking for the residents. After a 15 hour workday I am spending 20 min just looking for a parking spot, and the only one available is outside of the gated community, where I now have to leave my car more vulnerable. At $2000/month youd expect a hell of a lot more. This is the absolute worst place to live if you ever want a parking space. There is zero enforcement of community rules involving parking and number of guests allowed.

Every single one of our cars- (4 cars) even the cars of people visiting- have gotten keyed while parked in our spot and in other unassigned parking spots. Obviously there is someone targeting our cars and the front office has done nothing. 4-6 calls later they haven’t reached out , and when they finally did they said there was nothing they could do. No security!! Lack of accountability & response from the front office. Not enough parking spaces! There’s times that we can’t find a spot even tho we live here. You only get one assigned parking spot even if you have a two bedroom. The walls are extremely thin, no insulation and the apartments get hot quickly, meaning you’ll be paying a lot to heat and cool your house. If you’re even a bit loud the walls are so thin that you’ll hear it outside. DONT LIVE HERE Overpriced

The staff at the front office is very helpful. Lauren addressed all my questions. She gets five stars. The community has very nice amenities and the neighbors are friendly for the most part. The unites are very nice and newly built. For apartment living this is the best of the best. It really makes a difference with the vaulted ceilings, no one above you or under you. The only reason my review is not 5 stars, is because we do have issues that where mentioned in other posts, but in all this is a good community.
