I've lived here a couple of months, maintenance is awesome! The staff at the front desk is extremely friendly. I love the free social events they plan like Paint and Sip and Wine Wednesday.

The staff here are amazing and always so helpful. Before moving here we toured the property with the Property Manager, Kayla; she was a huge help with the leasing process. It’s my first apartment so I had no clue what I was doing and she made it really easy. Super happy here.

I really loved this property! The location is extremely close to so much entertainment, shopping, and food in the Westgate complex. The property itself is beautiful and well-kept. The property manager, Kayla Hoffman, was very personable and professional, and made me feel welcome. Additionally, the unit that we toured was very clean and updated. I also really enjoyed the size and different equipment that was available in the gym. Such a great place to live!

I lived here for a year & honestly I would not have left had they not raised the rent over $300.. The unit itself was beautifully renovated and the amenities that the office offered were great and well kept. Every month there were frequently food trucks available to the residents and free snacks & wine. Management and maintenance were on top of the ball when it came to my issues and they were so friendly and approachable. Obviously the location of the apartment is amazing but be warned when there are events at the stadiums at west gate the flow of traffic off the 101 is insane and hard to deal with. This was the first apartment my Fiancé and I ever had and they made that process smooth and easy to understand. Parking was rarely an issue, obviously couldn't get front row parking on the weekends but the complex itself isn't that big so I never had to walk too far. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.
