going on our 3rd year and ZERO complaints. the apartments are so nice and modern inside. if there’s an issue it’s fixed same day if not the next. the communication is A1. they stay on top of everything!! there’s nothing that goes on here without being notified by email. we completely LOVE this place and would choose to live here 100x. sounds a bit extreme but i remember looking for an apartment and the reviews were the only thing that mattered. the parking isn’t THAT bad as some other apartments i’ve been too, definitely manageable. gym is 24hrs, only downside is pool closes at 10pm even on weekends, other than that 1000/10

I must say the review have me a bit nervous about moving here, particularly the reviews that are less than a year old - from various residents. I haven't signed the lease yet, but, I may just look around a bit more before doing so.

Horrible experiences after our initial contract. At first they appear to care but it's clear they are focused on one thing. Driving out the current residents to increase prices for the next tenants. Poor maintenance of the property, broken glass not cleared , ignored emails about safety and legal concerns. The location has been great, but for the price and inconsistencies over the year(s) I wouldn't recommend this place nor greystar properties. Update, dont worry I left another review with more details, name and proof of the apartment complex. Thanks

I am so glad they are starting to do more events and residents social things like that wine night we had and just things to get out of the house and meet people..... I mean I love they way my apartment is and not just because how I decorated it, but I love to just walk around the community with my pup and feel the wind blowing and just be out and about. I love it here and glad I picked this place.... the staff is so nice and Jennifer is always a wonderful help!!
