Best move ever! I would recommend anyone moving to come here and take a tour. I just moved in this week and could not be more happy. The office staff here is awesome. Excellent customer service 👍 Ask for Arlene. The grounds are clean and it is very quiet and peaceful. Oh and best of all, the rental prices are affordable.

We've lived here for 6 months and have had constant issues from the washer, dishwasher, toilet, air conditioning, tub etc. I feel like I'm always calling maintenance to come fix something. Definitely not worth 1,100 dollars a month. Not to mention when we moved in the floors were BLACK, there was cat hair painted onto the windowsill, 2 doors didnt close all the way and alot of others things I noticed. Cant wait to move out... this place needs to put in new washer/dryers, new ovens, new ac units, new dishwashers, and probably new management!

I mean it’s okay place I just wouldn’t pay more than a grand a month for a unit this size. I’ve lived in better bigger units for $200 cheaper. It’s hard to really enjoy an apartment when you kinda feel cheated. This apartment is about as good as my very first which by the way was only $650 a month. So I feel like I’m living in that same place with $400 more to pay 🙄

UPDATE!!!!!!!! 10-5-2020 DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!! 3 Months into my lease and I can tell you this. This complex is pooy maintained. It takes the maintenance team at least 10 days to get anything fixed. Not because they don't care but because they are completely understaffed for the condition of the property and the condition of the appliances that seem to be in constant repair. No one ever seems to know a schedule of when something will get looked at. I fault the property manager and his maintenance supervisor. I will not even allow the maintenance supervisor into my apartment. He has lied numerous times with when and how things would be fixed. JUST DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!! So I moved in July 18th of 2020. So far I am really not impressed. While the area in the complex where I live is quiet and the neighbors are great, the apartment should never of been rented in the condition it is in. The a/c leaks in the hallway, the shower rod in the main bathroom would not stay in place, ceiling fan in livingroom was missing the pullchain to turn the fan on, neither sink in the bathrooms would drain because stoppers were not connected and were closed(had to fix myself), signs of major water damage in the past. 3 days in and the dishwasher started leaking onto the floor and I don't mean a few drips. Then 4 days later the garbage disposal seals all fail at once(yeah right). That is when I notice that floor of the cabinet under the kitchen sink is all bowed and I can push my finger through the wood, yet someone chose to paint over it rather than replace it. I also found that the exhaust fans in the bathrooms have never been cleaned and the one in the master bath is not even able to vent because it is a closed box with no where to vent. So I bring the problems to management, who listens to your concerns but shows no effort to get maintenance on any of it right away. It is now the 31st of July and I am still waiting on the cabinets to be fixed, the exhaust fans to work properly, the a/c is still leaking after having condensate line cleaned out. Finally today, the garbage disposal was replaced(6 days of not using my kitchen sink). Everything else is still a wait and see. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE until the management company is changed and some real effort is put into fixing what is wrong with the complex.
