Terry is an amazing women, i just happen to be driving by when i thought to my self why not check these apartments out. I was having problems finding an apartment after recently paying off an eviction. I then thought to myself I will have to wait a couple of months before I was able to move and I said why not give it a try and I stopped in to the office, Terry was very helpful nice respectful and she had great conversation she did assure me that she's positive but I will be accepted until the apartments. After almost two months into looking for an apartment I received a phone call from Terry about a week later she didn't for me that I got accepted and approved for the apartment which made me very happy so far moving into my apartment it's been nice quiet more roomy and bigger than my last I haven't had any issues so far and I will recommend he's apartment. The best part about moving into the apartments because my previous apartment I didn't have a pool a playground or washer and dryer inside of my unit in my unit was pretty small now that I have it all I'm loving it is better then the last one so I highly recommend these apartments it hasn't been any crime since I've been here and it's amazing the neighbors are very nice you hardly see them out maybe because it's summer but when you do see your neighbors they are very respectful and very nice.

Lived here four years ago when I first moved out of my moms to be on my own. Apartments were outdated ie kitchen and bathroom furniture and appliances were outdated however these apartments had absolutely no bugs whatsoever and made my first apartment experience great! Neighbors were all quiet and everyone kept to themselves of course the older neighbors were great to have near as they were always so protective and would look out for us to be safe. I do recommend these apartment if you’re moving out for the first time!

Great place to live and the staff is fantastic!! The management team really cares about their tenants. Willing to assist and they stayed available during the pandemic. Repairs are done timely and the neighbors are friendly.

Went in to ask about pricing & to view apts. The office lady immediately profiled us & said "the spanish lady will be in later" when we clearly speak English. She was rude to us for no apparent reason. Would not recommend these apts to anyone.
