If u bought your car from another dealer and bring here to fix any part of ur car , I highly recommend: Do No bring your car here. I have Dodge Charger 2017, decided to bring here to fix the electrical problem with my radio since the radio pushed buttons by itself. It was included the GPS in the system. But I paid ahead and bring my car back after they replace the new radio system, my car doesn’t have Gps anymore. They even - No One - said any apologies about this, just ask me to bring it back … and after 2nd visit , it was not fixed, and when. We ask, they just show me their hands and said “ I have no idea, it hasn’t happened before !!! “ . That’s it. So, I have to call back my dealer to ask about my car and get through all processes and questions and I find out: they did order the wrong model for my car . what????? The service people there- after they charged full price - they treated the customer like this???? I wanna come to talk to people there again but since I live in davis and I have my work during the week, I couldn’t and I will never go back there again in my life!!!!!! Do not come here.
