Inquired about an apartment was guaranteed a price for 48hrs. Was told I would receive all the information via email, that I wrote down for her as well as the my number only to never received it Cause it was sent to the wrong email. Called back the day of the 48hrs expiring and was told that because it was sent to the wrong email by the office lady that I was SOL for her mistake.

We haven't been in these apartments very long but we are pleased with them. However, I wanted to give an extra 5 stars for the maintenance worker Rigo. He has always been so friendly, helpful and positively energetic! Thanks for all your hard work!

Maravilla is a safe community, clean, Rigo is the best maintenance employee. The unit is a good size and nice. We have not had any concerns and this place has been home for 3 years while I finish school.Melissa, thank you so much for the review and for highlighting a few things that truly make our community such a great place to call home!
