Waiting list is about 18 months and no it is just a rental can not buy

The current waitlist at our facility is 6 months to a year
I am hoping to get in to conifer Village very soon. What type of amenities are available there? I have looked into several other places that have recreational activities,trips to shopping etc. I see no mention of anything available to tenants
