Roach/insect problem. Mold. Parking issues. Package issues. Horrible communication. Horrible new management. Maintenance is a mess. Put band aids on everything instead of getting to the root of the problem. High price rent not worth it. Need to get a grip. QUICKLY. I hate. Move elsewhere.

The maintenance team is very quick to respond to any apartment emergency. Maintenance should get 4 stars. They do what they can with how old the apartment complexes are. I’ve placed at least 5 emergency maintenance requests just for the month of August. All they can do is put a bandaid on my leaking AC unit until it finally shut off. My carpet was soaking wet for the entire month of August, and I am sure caused a leak in the neighbors ceiling below me. I had to empty a bucket full of water from the AC unit leak every few hours for weeks. After “fixing” the leak 3 times, they finally replaced the filter and maintenance said it had not been replaced for months. I have had no running AC for almost 2 days now. Management would get 1 star because they never follow up or return a phone call. There is no effort to help with the issues of the apartments that are outside maintenance hands and resources. Trash is always left out and not picked up well past 10pm on pick up days. The Windsor team has definitely made some changes such as the pool chairs and tables and gym updates, but that is about it. The apartments are terrible and desperately need updates. Maintenance and management have told me no updates would be done until we have moved out. My windows leak, causing mold and ruining the caulking around the windows, leaking down the walls and onto the carpet, they said they wouldn’t be able to do anything about that, and they send out emails for tenants to clean the windows. Bathroom exhaust fan does not work, I never got an ice maker, I’ve lived here now for over a year. Breezeways are disgusting and filthy, they need to be power washed. Place is definitely not worth the amount paid in rent or extra fees tacked on.

The new Management are friendly and very helpful. Much better than the last ones working at the leasing office.
