The quality of their food and their servers is truly 5 stars. Our server, Jorge, was knowledgeable of the menu, his service was world class and we truly enjoyed celebrating my mother-in-laws birthday because of his outstanding service … this would have been an easy 5 star review however, the way we were treated by the hostess would make me think twice about returning to this place. I arrived with my family for our reservation and the hostess instead of welcoming us to the restaurant, she asks my wife “if she’s going to stay asleep? [referring to my baby daughter]…Because this is fine dining and our guests will get very upset if she starts crying”… that comment is the opposite of a fine dining experience, nobody else in the restaurant made us feel like an inconvenience, but the hostess…but like mentioned before, the service inside was world class and that definitely rescued our experience yesterday, but the way we were treated and greeted by the hostess may not have my family returning.

Came here for the first time October 20, 2022. I had the 8pm filet cooked medium, rack of lamb, sautéed mushrooms, and creamed spinach. Filet was moderately tough and took some time to cut with their serrated steak knife. Rack of lamb was very fatty. Creamed spinach and mushrooms, however, were well done. I probably won’t be back but thought I’d give it a try.

I want to highlight the exemplary service provided to my girlfriend and I by our wonderful serving duo Ebony and Stephen. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best first formal date possible and made us feel like family even though it was our first time at Pampas, make sure to ask for both or one of them if you come in!
