Apt mngt raises rent almost doubled and yet done any improvements inside apts. my cable for internet needs rewired and office refused to fix it. Stay away from this place. U have been warned

It's a decent place to live, however the rent is over priced. When disputing the most recent increase of 23% I was told it was the market rate. The people here are great but I feel like the management company in Colorado only sees dollar signs not people., just an update, the 23% rent increase is a further kick in the teeth since they fired the landscaping company and now have grass over 8 inches high!

Ok so the office staff here is BOMB!!! They are all attentive to your needs and all have listening ears. They were like angels to me and made a miracle happen. Melody answered all my questions anytime i called and she was not rude once so ever and i called nearly everyday. Caroline was nice and understanding and very very helpful to me gave me some basic guidance that I needed and always professional. Shannon came in and sealed the deal!! Shannon is very direct, detailed, informative and straight forward she does not sugar coat anything she tells it all to you upfront and does it with a smile to wear you know she cares and she has your back. I toured a lot of places previous to coming here BUT this one just felt homely! Its hard to find staff like this one but all 3 of these ladies here compliment each other. I even met a maintenance guy when showing my mom where I was going to be and how to get there and he was very nice and friendly. The only thing I think I may have had an issue with is the fact that I couldn't see the place before or after applying BUT even then Shannon was to the rescue! She called and let me know she would call me as soon as it was available to be seen. No complaints here just cant wait to move in!!

Yes I and many tenants reach out to her everyday. She doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return voice messages. She didn't even response to my certified letter about property and ADA violations. It has now been sold, rent is going up and Tonya Thomas has been replaced there. Finally!
Yes you must go across the street to the blue building. It is the office of Mark Tyson, he and his father Carlton Tyson own this property. Don't waste your time trying to see the alleged manager, Tonya Thomas, she hides in her black jeep on the edges of the property avoiding potential and existing customers, and their telephone calls. Answering the phone forces her to do her job and she doesn't like that. One day Carlton Tyson will learn about her lack of work ethics
