I am appalled at this company as a whole. I have been paying for weekly trash removal since May and have YET to have my trash picked up once. I have called nearly weekly to inform them and nothing has been done. They continue to NOT pick up on not only the scheduled time, but the make-up pick up as well. If I could give this company negative stars I would do so simply for their customer service. Each time I call I speak with the same female, and not only was she extremely rude and unprofessional not letting me speak, but she also has not been documenting my missed pick ups. This now allows them to claim they “have no paper trail” of our issues to bring to the supervisor. As I stated I am appalled and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They refuse to not only acknowledge their mistakes, but provide adequate compensation for the major inconvenience this has caused.

I could not believe my eyes today! It was in the upper nineties and one slender man was moving immense mounds of huge branches in our neighborhood....at a very brisk pace, no less. I commented to my husband that I hoped he and the driver would exchange places so this guy could cool off and rest a bit while the driver would load.....to our shock, this man was the courteous driver as well! His helper was unable to work so he worked for both of them. And he did this utterly back breaking work with great care and diligence. Awesome work, Mike!

Had a large tree limb fall in our backyard. GFL scheduled and sent heavy equipment to remove all the debris after we moved it out to the street (see photo). I spoke with their team to schedule the pickup. They were courteous and completed the work ahead of the estimated schedule. Thank you GFL team!
