Candlestick is a hidden gem of a park in SF with beautiful bay views and has tons of awesome natural wildlife. All you have to do is get over the trash and trailers that are on the city streets to emerge into the park and behold it's natural beauty and trails. I love to walk my dog around the park and see all the birds, and even spot some harbor seals!

Yeah quite a few were fishing from a dock. I would however follow consumption guidelines because a naval shipyard use to be there.
Yes, though you may want to make a reservation. Also note that cars are not allowed to be parked overnight in the parking lot, and other parking options are a long ways away
