The security seem to always single me and my kids at the pool. I sat and watched small children in the hot tub while he was standing there and never said a word. So bc I was in there I let me daughter come with me, but as soon as a spec of color is in there he sees everything. I also don't like paying for internet and not being able to use it. I was wishing from home and ended up going to the office,. Instead of then teenager by device, I'm now outta $9 and that's unfair. If I had money like that I would be in an apartment not this roach motel.

They are crooks. They had promise to pay by city starting May 14th for our 1 bdrm we had been in over 6 wks. 2 bdrm became avail. but too late for assist. to help. I was told 3 times & do have in writing it would be diff. between 1 & 2 bdrm price plus transfer cost for total of $379 to move into 2 bdrm. But when I was ready to pay & sign all of a sudden the move in cost jumped to over $800 charging the full price rent even tho they were getting paid by city for 1 bdrm. Trying to get paid twice for same week. While my roommate is having double hip replacements & sleeps on couch. Friendly customer service is not in there vocabulary. non only NOT helpful they did everything to make sure we did not get 2 bdrm. Rude front desk staff watched by security like everyone is crooks when BUDGET SUiTES ARE THE CROOKS. Despictible business antics!!!!!! Charged $500 for a dog being in room for 2 hrs & no one in entire Company cares how they rip people off. While owner is billionaire.....LOL

You definitely will be seeing and fighting roaches. Several cars being vandalized, several cars with tires being flattened management takes no responsibility and blatantly expresses non concern. The female Mgr is polite male Mgr very rude and non caring about conditions. The internet Is 10 bucks per week per item And it doesn't work. They tell you it might not work and there's no refunds if it doesn't. No camera or security system. The security guard harassed blacks. They have over 50 employees with only one African American girl they hired just to look good. Otherwise they put all blacks in one cul de sac area and find any reason to fine and throw people out in streets. Seen them throw a family with children out in streets for late payments. They totally disregard any Covid guidelines. This place blatantly takes advantage of people needing a place to reside.

Not a bad place at all...despite the horrible reputation...overall a pretty good stay...the only thing is the prices!!!! If that price was more truthful on Craigslist...I would have given them 5 stars...the ad says $400 or less weekly...it's more like $500-$600 weekly....other than that...I'd recommend it for a couple or a really wealthy single.
