So let start by the condition of the room. It is very outdated and the issues with the room was holes in the walls in various spots. A broken window with a bullet hole. A air conditioner that was missing the whole front of the ac. Just metal which looked very bad and sharp. Cockroaches in the whole unit. Also saw a few bedbugs. Constant water dripping from the shower even know the know was turn all the way off. Main cover of the bed had several burn marks on them. Refrigerator not properly cleaned out after last guest. Also small dresser drawers had crumbs. This place has has a update on the outside. Now they should gut the inside and redo the interior. This is not up to any standard's of reed roof inn. They shouldn't be allowed to put a room on the market in this condition. Their customers deserve better.

For what my cousin and I had paid for this place was very much not worth it. It was very disgusting of how the rooms were set up they were paint patches all over the place the fridge was lopsided as you would open it to use it. There were roaches within the bathroom area consistently as I would go in. There would be constant noises outside during the night time as well as the stairways being fully unkept with maintenance. There was trash outside the building in corners. I would call management and had complained that our stay was nothing but horrifying. And of course management did not care they continued to apologize at which that did not do anything at all they should’ve done something overall in my opinion. Definitely not worth the price at all we paid nearly $200 to stay at this place and the way the room was kept up was not worth it it was honestly a scam kind of product if you would like to call it that. I’m a palled that anyone would charge that amount of money where the rooms are unkept there is a bad paint job patches everywhere and that it is infested with nothing but roaches! I am horrified and the fact that I will not receive a refund for the conditions that I was in is a palling and the only thing that you will get back is your $50 security deposit at which I find very much an inconvenience to even be charged that overall. Do not stay at this place it is not worth your time or money! Again this place was disgusting and infested with nothing but roaches and the fact that it has been unkept and the fact that you ask people to spend nearly $100 a night is a palling.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. Dirty towels were hung with hair showing on them. Random people were smoking crack in the stairway. The room smelled terrible & was infested with baby roaches. A huge fight broke out at 11pm in the room above me that involved at least 4 men, which moved outside. One man screamed “where’s my piece”, “these people broke into my room trying to rob me!”. One man got arrested later. This place should be condemned. Not worth the money at all. I had to take extra precautions after leaving to ensure I didn’t bring roaches home or in my car. Disgusting & super sad…WTH!!!

They hire anyone. Literally anyone. One of the staff members stole my suitcase from my room, and denied doing so. I asked the staff members nicely about my suitcase's whereabouts, and they even got rude to me and denied any answers whatsoever. The guy who stole my items then went about telling the manager I threatened him, saying that I will beat him up unless he gave my stuff back, which was a total lie. Then, the manager proceeded to check all of us out, from all our rooms. My boss had just payed a week in advance, and no, he did not get a refund. Don't come here, there are better options. I lost up to 800 dls in goods, I got no compensation for it. THE GUY STILL WORKS HERE! Almost 2 months since I got their reply, told me to fill out a survey and that they will contact me back, got no contact from them whatsoever.
