I am so shocked to see the rate for this hotel !115?!!! This time of year Phoenix is really affordable. There is no way I would ever stay here, but especially not when luxury brands are available for the same, even lower prices! I made the mistake of staying here, or I should say booking here, as I left as soon as I saw how scummy wood spring suites 17 fwy in west Phoenix really is. It’s creepy, and literally from what I saw,infested with roaches. I also heard there are bed bugs but I didn’t wait to find out! Don’t do it! Even the staff is crept out I think because they leave at like 7 pm. No front desk clerk nothing all night.

Service was poor, doors to building wouldn't allow access most times. Vending machines were empty for days, staff was rude and unprofessional. My room smelled like a hamster cage, do not recommend to anyone

Awful experience with customer service, specifically with the afternoon male staff with long hair. Atrocious customer service with everyone. The most he would ever do is shrug and say there's nothing else he could do in regard to helping. Always playing his vulgar music IN THE LOBBY and ignoring people until it was convenient for him. Didn't bother getting his name, but I'm sure anyone staying here knows exactly who I'm talking about. He's the sole reason I refuse to ever stay in these hotels. Awful, Awful service. Also lied about being able to add 1 guest to my single-person occupied room even after I was told it was possible. Refused to see what could be done regarding a refund for not staying the full time due to a dire family emergency.

I was in desperate need of th downe luggage cart. And I could not find it on any floor. I talk to the maintenance guy and he told me there was a device that would beep when you were by the cart. But he told me he was to busy. Come on it a four floor single hallway hotel. So after ten plus trips up all the stairs and down. I say to you thanks for nothing.

they do but the rates are all jacked up due to the influx of pro training goings on in the valley
They close at 10 pm Monday through Friday and 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.
If you plan on being there after 3pm you need to ask for a late check-in.
$350 weekly
Weekly rates vary however there is a $50 refundable deposit, which will be refunded after you check out. It took 4 days to receive my refund to my debit card account.
Yes there's a weekly rate and it had a reasonable monthly rate however only for the first month after that it was over a thousand a month.
