Spent hundreds for next day air and my package was left in the building over night and delayed... Per the purchase agreement, if it was dropped off by 08/17, it would arrive by 8/18 before 11pm. The lady over the phone stated it was more than okay to drop off the package that evening. You'd think a policy or deadline to ship packages for next day air would be clearly labeled and made clear when I called. I asked specifically if it was okay to drop off the package of live fish to be shipped that evening. Doesn't fulfill what they stated they would when I called ahead of time. But it's not understandable to be upset simply because you stated it wouldn't go after I showed up? Goofy

I do a large number of Amazon returns and they always get it right! One male employee is usually annoyed it seems probably due to all my returns. I don’t care for attitude but overall they do a fantastic job!

Terrible. The last 3 packages in a row I've dropped off at this location have been returned to me because they were refused by the receiver due to damage. It's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone, and they force you to create an account online to file a claim - but the account creation/login doesn't even work half the time. It's not worth saving a few bucks here and there. If you actually want your stuff to get to where it needs to go, use USPS or FedEx.
