My experience at the Fed Ex ship center was good and the gentlemen who helped me was very nice. I had expected a package on 9/23 overnight delivery and due to weather it was delayed. The package delivery was rescheduled to 9/26 and another delay was noted. So after no resolution using the 1-800 number I drove to the closest Drop off location and they had the package. The gentleman who helped me indicated they were short 80 drivers locally and was the reason for the delay.

I pay for my shipping labels from FedEx. Now when I go to the 72nd & Q location to drop my paid for pkgs off and to pick up 2 or 3 more lg bxs for shipping,the lady behind the counter tells me every time I can't do that unless I have an account w them. Again...I PAY FOR MY SHIPPING THRU THEM. She does this EVERY TIME..SO FRISTRATING. SHE TELLS ME TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE. I don't need to.

Usually if delivered and no to receive it, a notice is left. It asks is there a time span you would be # address to receive . You specify.
It seems the delivery personal has stopped doing that and it sucks. I always recieve packages when I'm home and they never knock or ring door bell. Atleast the prime delivery personal sends a pic to my cell when they deliver
yes returning them is better then throwing them away
Three years later 6/7/22 and a customer can’t get a direct line number to this shipping center????
Not as far as I know if the post office is closed most likely they will be also give them a call they will tell u
