The staff (Heidi, Tabby, etc.) is excellent, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and friendly. My business card order was well, and quickly handled at a reasonable price. And they tolerated my jokes. They didn't see puns as punishment.

Prices went up, service was ok and now they close super early. I remember when they were open 24hrs, that was perfect for someone like me who's a overnighter. Update...I up them up to 4 stars. I recently went in to have some stuff printed. Between the shock of the cost now and being on limited time, by the time I got home I realized that I didn't get my flash drive back. Went back the next day and they couldn't find it. The girl that originally helped me wouldn't be back for a couple days. So the lady (I'm assuming she was the manager) took my name, address and phone number and said she would ask her when she got back. And instead of making me drive back across town for the 3rd time, they mailed it to me when they found it. I received my flash drive and am very pleased with their customer service!

I have always received attentive service for my printing needs at this location! I’m an artist + a small business owner, so I order art prints and menus fairly frequently. The ability to order online makes ordering super easy, and every time I pick up, everyone is so nice and my prints are always perfect. Thanks for taking such good care of me!
