Would not recommend calling customer service. I wasn’t helped at all when trying to track my undelivered package (iPhone). I finally went into this location and was immediately helped. Rich did SO much to figure out the issue & got my package to me in less than two hours. Skip customer service & just come here.

Awesome! Mailed two 20 pound packages which cost me $48 combined and included insurance and two day delivery. Post office wanted $65 for each package and would have taken nearly a week. Staff was very friendly, as well. Roll right past USPS and drive to UPS.

Why, oh why, are the UPS drivers honking AND ringing the doorbell?! This is beyond obnoxious, and I really dislike UPS at this point. I even have a sign that says don't knock, don't ring bell, and they still do EVERY TIME. (And UPS, please don't bother responding with, it's our policy blah blah blah.)

Yes you should be able to go and get your package from there. If have one that is suppose to be delivered then no. But if you know where it is coming from and by whom. All you have to take with you is the confirmation number and name of the person that you are receiving it from. And they should be able to get it for you
they sure didnt deliver miine, and my drive and road are clean enough you cant see footprints
Usually after the third attempt it is sent back to the shipper, call the 800 number and you cam have it held for you at the hub.

It is easier to just go in to the customer service side where u did ur interview/tour. It's hard to get a hold of them by phone.

Tracking number still saying in transit. I also call customer service all they say that it's in there facility but they dont know where it is right now.
The sender generally pays shipping or bills the person odering items. The UPS center provides a place to pickup the package instead of neighborhood delivery. This saves the home delivered package from porch pirates!

Yes, 8am to 5pm . Open a bit later, but you want to make sure your package is on the way.

They do but you need to call their customer service and request a home pickup you will be directed from there. Most likely to leave package on porch out front. Yet there is a service fee. Also you may want to contact shipper and they usually have account with ups and can issue what is called a call tag for return items. But if you want to ship yourself then it is service change and you will need to print a label driver can scan and adhere it to the package. Hope this helps.
