They keep delaying heavy courier for few days… worse service..no idea why Dhl outsourcing from them.. they don’t care even you are regular customers…

Save yourself the aggravation and do not deal with these clowns. 7 seperate days of "out for delivery", hours on hold waiting for the same answer of "we are short staffed". I drove an hour one way to their warehouse only to find out that they are only open for 2 hours a day. There is absolutely nothing "speed-ee" about anything with this outfit.

I have lost my package because delivery man left my package at the door without taking a sign.leaving the package at the door if delivery location is closed is not acceptable.

My delivery status showed that my package was out for delivery for several days. I called and was told by customer service my package would definitely be delivered by 330pm cst "guaranteed " This never happened. I once again called this so-called spee dee delivery service and was told per the driver my package would be delivered the next day.I was expected to understand this and it didnt appear to be a big deal to this particular customer service representative that I had been promised a delivery time. There was nothing speedy or customer oriented about this experience whatsoever.
