It was amazing, Lisa was a great teacher on everything that I was expect to in there. The cleanliness was amazing. It was very comfortable and felt like home in there. I loved it.

Hannah was fabulous in exposing the tank process and gave some tips on how to get the most out of my first time. Very clean, relaxing, and overall great experience. Joined the 2 credit monthly session and look forward to trying their other services.

Not only was this one of the best relaxation experiences I have had but the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. After a few of these great experiences I needed some help pausing my account for a unanticipated move, The manager Lisa immediately got in touch with me and helped with everything and beyond what I was hoping for. Highly recommend!

I don't remember the last time I was this relaxed! The float pod was the most therapeutic thing I've ever done. You lose all sensation, so you're kind of just alone with your thoughts. Initially that made me nervous, but that's just because I'm an anxious person. I loved it so much, and this facility is AMAZING. The amenities are superb and you don't even have to bring anything. And to top it all off, the staff were so friendly! I interacted with Lisa the most, and jeez I want her to be my best friend. She's so sweet and understanding and she made a wonderful experience even better. Thanks Lisa! And thanks Urban Float!

There is no minimum age for visiting a float tank, but there are special rules for minors. Customers aged between 13-17 are required to have a parent or guardian accompany them, sign our release waiver and remain on-site for the duration of the float. Customers 12 and younger are required to have a parent or guardian sign our waiver and remain in the room during the float and should coordinate with the spa manager prior.
There is no official weight limit for using our float tanks. People up to 350 pounds have reported being able to float with comfort and ease in one of our float pods.
Not only is it safe for pregnant women to visit a float tank, it’s exceptionally helpful for soothing aches and encouraging recovery from pain and stress. Floating relieves tension in the muscles and allows you to experience weightlessness, recovering physically and mentally. It’s been called a must-have for pregnancy, and is highly recommended.
You can book a float at the same time as your friends or loved ones, but each person must have their own individual pod. The floating experience is best enjoyed in privacy, where you can enjoy the perfect stillness and calm.
Fortunately, there are many ways you can make your float spa visit suitable to your needs. In fact, people with claustrophobia consistently report no problems with floating. You are always in FULL CONTROL of the floating environment, and it’s up to you whether to have the lid of the float pod open or closed, and whether to have the lights on or off.
We choose Epsom salt for a variety of benefits. Epsom salt water makes your skin feel silky and smooth, and has been used for hundreds of years to soothe pain. Epsom salt is also rich in magnesium, which is important for promoting overall health.
You don’t need to bring anything with you to float. Towels, soap, shampoo, and ear plugs are provided as well as other goodies. Some visitors like to bring their own supplies such as a comb or hair tie, or a fresh set of clothes. We discourage wearing a bathing suit as it takes away from the experience.
