This place is definitely a one stop shop for all your recovery needs! From whole body Cryo to IV’s , a infrared sauna, cryoslimming, CBD products, they have a little bit of everything. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it came to helping me decide which service I would benefit from the most! I felt absolutely amazing after the whole body cryo followed by some compression therapy. I will 100% be back and even want to try the cryo slimming and em sculpt next time as well :)

What a great experience! Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable in cryotherapy and wellness services. I called for my son who is competing at the 102nd California High School Track and Field Championship in the Triple Jump. He is nursing a sprained ankle. After the Cryo-chamber, localized Cryo treatment on his ankle and compression therapy, he feels like a million bucks! We highly recommend this place!

I enjoyed my visit at GoCryo cryotherapy!! Matt was very welcoming and informative. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease since it was my first time. The healing properties of this session was amazing!! I felt so relaxed and was no longer sore after my leg and glutes workout !! I plan on going back again !!

Shout out to the boys Mark and Matt for making us feel super welcomed on a busy Saturday afternoon!! It was all our first time trying out Cryotherapy and the boys were super informative on what was about to go down. Knowledge is everything. I will definitely be coming back here. The experience overall was something we'll never forget. I can go on all day on how great this joint is.. but you'll just have to come in and experience it yourself! If i can give them 10 stars out of 5, I would. You have a customer for life!
