Called to get requoted as I missed a payment with AssuranceAmerica was told I would be spending more money and when i asked for a requote it was an inconvenience to the lady i was speaking with and she didnt call me back till the very eod! I questioned who she ran the quote through and she could only name AssuranceAmerica and progressive then said they ran a search for all insurance companies. I was then told I need to call AssuranceAmerica directly and speak with them to reinstate since i couldnt make it into their office to sign pw i was informed that they no longer do esignature via email because they are having issues with their systems... I called Progressive directly instead and got quoted a way lower rate with the coverage I was needing! Unbelievable! Lesson learned :)
