It depends on your reason for requesting a new probation officer. Are you new to probation and currently awaiting them to assign you an officer? Did you move or transfer or looking to move or transfer? The officers are assigned caseloads according to the areas of residence, so if you already have an officer that you aren't happy with then I suggest you consider moving or transferring. The secretary at the desk will point you in the right direction.

Yes. They require all participants to be in "dress code" when entering the building, even if you don't have a class that day. Dress code is either a button-up shirt or polo style shirt with a collar and khaki style pants of any color. No capris, shorts or sleeveless allowed.
