The wait time was over an hour although they initially said 45 minutes. The food was great and our server was awesome.

Given this location 3 tries but today will be my last. We love first watch as a company because they do great healthy options and good food. This particular location is HORRIBLE. Issues every single time we go. The first two times we’ve gone the food took about 50 minutes to get to us. This is a common theme. The kitchen can never handle the amount of people that come here, and everyone suffers. Today we put our name in on the online portal to reserve our spot. After waiting for an HOUR we showed up exactly when the online waitlist told us we had between 0-5 minutes to claim our table, and the hostess told us we were 9th in line…. She then told us it would be an additional 30 minutes. Didn’t offer any real explanation other than the fact that maybe other people put their names in at the same time??? What does that even mean? The hostess did absolutely nothing to try and fix it and hit us with a “yea not really anything I can do, you’ll just have to wait”. The foods not good enough to deal with all the issues this location has. Disconnected/rude hosts, poor kitchen, and server lack of awareness. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. And you can see from the reviews that I’m not alone. Don’t waste your time for this consistently bad experience. Plenty of other better options out there.

After waiting 2 hours had to ask for food to go. Had to ask if we were forgotten.Still had to wait so asked for food to go and once we opened the food at home it was not all there. Want try them again maybe a different location.
