Staff turn over is high. Sometimes you’ll see a new therapist every month. Front desk staff is rude. If you arrive less than 5 minutes after an appointment they’ll cancel it. Even though your scheduled slot isn’t even remotely over. Trying to get someone on the phone most days is almost impossible. You can be waiting forever for the desk staff to check you in. If you have other options take them.

Closed with no notice and won't answer the phone. It's so sad when people rely on you for their well-being/medication and they are met with closed doors or ignored entirely.

Extremely unprofessional, staff does not care about the patients. They never answer the phone. Would not recommend to anyone!!
