Boy Scouts did not pay for this reservoir, PUBLIC monies paid for it and as such it should be open to the PUBLIC to fish it, not just the boy scouts. California is the land of 'no to the public' and 'yes to special interest groups' I come from Colorado where we value the achievable balance between preservation and recreation of PUBLIC lands. California is a BIG disappointment in this regard and this unjust boy scouts taking of PUBLIC land is emblematic of the wider California failure in this regard. A petition should be started to return this PUBLIC land to the PUBLIC.

Lots of fun activities. Archery, B.B. gun, slingshot and more. Very close to the freeway and with easy access to Starbucks. 😁

How dumb. We use to fish here as a kid and now they make you join there Boy Scouts gang just to fish there... wow
