Multi-scans of our feet were taken plus impact assessments while walking led to a detailed profile of our feet. Michelle then offered us a selection of shoes that fit our profiles. Wow. From beginning to end the experience was so welcoming, informative and genuine. We had an amazing young man named Peter who helped me pick out a pair of shoes for my upcoming half Marathon training. Peter was not only informative, but my boyfriend and I LOVED how knowledgeable he was on each shoe, how it should fit, and how each one would fit different. The foot scan was absolutely the most fun part, that’s how you know Fleet Feet does not play around when it comes to getting you the perfect shoe for YOU. Was happy to know I was supporting a small business as well. Not only was Peter knowledgeable of shoes, but he could tell us which protein snacks, or gels he preferred over the others and why. And he was even able to help out in female apparel, I was very pleasantly surprised. Fleet feet 100% takes care of their customers and definitely want to make long term connections to come back and help with any of your fitness needs. I met the nicest people and fellow customers who were so welcoming and supported my journey into running. In regards to price, you get what you pay for and with Fleet Feet, and it is always the best. However for someone who is a frugal shopper, I would much rather get the right shoes and equipment to help me succeed with the best team at Fleet Feet and spend more, than go to any other store that just wants to sell me the most expensive shoe. Overall, Fleet Feet has gained another very happy customer as well as a few more since we can’t stop telling our friends how much we’ve loved it.
