A very well oiled machine and great knowledgeable staff. The Medical and support staff were all competent & friendly advising you of the facts all through the examine or MRI procedure. MY PERSONAL PET-PEEVE- WAITING: I was taken in & seen on both my exam & the MRI within minutes of my appointment times. “KUDOS” to all!

We had an absolutely excellent experience with Dr. Carreira and his entire staff. My teenage daughter is an athlete and suffered from Chronic Ankle Instability. After initially trying some conservative treatments, Dr. Carreira ultimately recommended the best course of treatment would be surgery. I was apprehensive at first because we had always gone to a children's hospital for this kind of care. However, we decided to follow-through with Peachtree Ortho and Dr. Carreira, and it was by far the best decision we could have ever made! He performed a minimally-invasive, arthroscopic procedure to repair her ankle. She healed quickly, and after a short couple months of PT, she was back doing what she loves. It's been 9 months since her procedure and she has had zero problems. I highly recommend Dr. Carreira not only for adults but for adolescent athletes as well. He took care of our girl like she was his own! :)

If dr Griffith make it possible to tell my daughter Maya to stop basketball I will be very happy person because prevention is better than cure .. my husband is asking her to play basketball …because her cousin is playing basketball in india . Why I am telling is American kids play sport and get hurt and doctor fix them but Indian kids play less sports and study more and become doctor … American kids are very beautiful let them enjoy their life like Indian kids .. my American Indians neighbours kids play only in their yard .. just to enjoy the game .. I want my daughter to continue swimming .since she was very good at that . and other Indian things she should Do she got ACL surgery if he can tell her to find something different that would be very good for me… this is weird that I played basketball for the first time in life in I was the winner

The practitioners are great from physicians, PAs and PTs but the billing is by far the worst experience I've ever encountered with a medical practice. If I'm ever in need of orthopedic care in the future, I'm going to have to pass on Peachtree Orthopedics. The hassle isn't worth it.

No. I had a meniscus tear and they were able to repair it with minimal pain and a fairly short recovery.
