When I find someone who I can trust and who consistently runs in excellence , I will be endlessly loyal to them. I’ve been seeing Dr Carroll for 7 yrs. He’s a brilliant man and actually keeps up with modern medicine unlike these ancient drs that still practice the same bs from the 80’s. He’s always been in great physical shape and always dressed very nice which tells me he knows how to take careself thus his patients. I appreciate so much that he actually listens and helps me figure out the root problem and best solutions for what I’m needing. He doesn’t judge or force me to do something or take something I don’t want to take and will honestly lay out pros and cons of strategic health plans/medications. He’s super reasonable and is willing to go above and beyond to help. The front desk staff always answers the phones and immediately gets me what I need like Max is ALWAYS ON IT! I can’t tell you how nice that is!! The nurses are also so so nice and they remember me and always check on me when I come in. Great culture of people that actually care and respect their patients. Very efficient, present, the whole office runs with excellence. Aesthetically pleasing and always sparkly clean. Wait times are super short, I’ve never waited more than 5 min to get called back. I’ve been very impressed! I recommend Dr. Carroll to all of my friends and clients. At least 3 friends/clients of mine have started seeing him and love him! ALSO THEY HAVE A SPA!!!!! 😍 ALL KINDS OF FACE TREATMENTS AND PRODUCTS!!!! This place is the best. And the location is by great restaurants and stores. Brilliant man!!! Great place. Doesn’t feel like a typical cringy dr office it feels refreshing. Highly Recommend!
