Linda helped me both times I went here and she's great! Got what I needed and used my insurance benefits to the max

Awful Customer service. Had a appt. Showed up and there was no doctor. Said they'd tried calling but never received a call. Received several emails confirming appt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Totally Unmanaged Place.... Waiting time is huge...what is worst they are managing it all wrong.. they completely overlooked us and helped 3 people who came in after us.... It is all random call. The Office staff ladies are non trained and unprofessional. This place is waste of time.

I wish I could give this store location a minus number absolute horrible customer service never answers their phone keep getting told they are short staffed rude have no consideration of their customer made a pair of glasses wrong for my wife did not contact us when they came in I continue trying to call them but again they don't answer their phone and when I did get her on the phone she was sarcastic and said they are here do yourself a favor save the nightmare of a headache of people have no customer value stay away from this place go anywhere else I will never return to Visionworks and I will tell everybody I run across never to go there first visit they locked the door early I knocked on the door they said they were short staffed could not take any more customers if this store is so poorly staffed close it down and take the few people are there and put them at other locations truly wish I would never have walked through their front door

They accept Peachstate Medicaid, Wellcare Medicare through Envolve, and Humana Medicare. They don't take Medicare part A and B unless you've had cataract surgery. And Georgia Medicaid is just a discount plan.
Yes, as long as there is a licensed optician on site. It's a Georgia law that dispensing of glasses and contacts, repairs, sales, measurements, and adjustments can only be done when there is a licensed optician in the building.
