I love Dr. Mandyam. But the front office staff always changes not for the best the people. Some of the staff is rude. God forbid I have a conversation with a front desk person. She was the only one that greeted me. So I had a lengthy conversation with this individual. I was rudely told to sit down. There was no one else in the waiting room. If there had been I wouldn't have taken up her time. I was having a good day untilthis happened. Plus the woman that came out of the back office complained of me talking. Had come out and hugged the front office sstaff members that told me to sit down rudely. I said something to PA about the issue. I'm so tired of visiting the office getting to know the front office staff then it changes. Some staff is nicer than other staff. The staff member that got in trouble was the wrong person. The one that was rude should have been the on that got in trouble.

This place has been a complete life saver..I would've never known what was causing all of my pain or issues if this group of drs hadn't dug just a little deeper! Very compassionate and thorough..I've definitely had to see more than one of the physicians, but each one made me feel heard and understood!

I had a back block preformed. That went very well , however, I never received any prep instructions on stopping meds, etc. or post procedure instructions. So, I hope my common sense helps me heal to see if it works!

I've been to this clinic several times as a patient. Each visit was pleasant. The staff and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I recommend this facility.
