Wow the experience here was horrible. I knew I was going to arrive late, so I called ahead at 4pm to let them know I'll probably check in about 11:30pm-12:30am. The representative told me it was fine. They close the lobby at 9 but should have a # for after-hours. I came around 12:15am. Called multiple times with no answer. After about 1 hour, someone called back and came and met me. He couldn't put my reservation in because it's already the day after and the system wouldn't allow him. After about another hour, he was able to get us a room. The room was dirty. It had a knife on the sofa, a toothbrush on the floor in the bathroom, and the floor looked dirty. It smelled like a smoking room even though I was assured that it was non-smoking.

Location of hotel was great for our day trips. Many stores and restaurants. Pool was good. Staff was friendly. Shower, waited a long time for hot water. One door on shower. Too many dead bees in the pool area. Breakfast options were few, the last day we were there they increased the options. I would still come back despite the minor drawbacks.

Spent a long weekend in this wonderful hotel. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Came in late but Paul, the night time front desk attendant was super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on the area. The pool area is clean and comfortable. The covered gazebo area is great! Security on site as well as cameras made me feel safe at all times. The free breakfast was not all that great, but with the Covid rules I believe it’s hard to do anything better and it was nice to have it for snacks in the room. I will stay here again, for sure.

Photos online are much different than what you actually get. For starters, our room absolutely reeked of cigarettes. It was a “non-smoking” room yet smelled like an ashtray. Also very disappointed to see that the restaurant was no where near open. From the way Bixby presents itself, especially through photos, the restaurant seems to be open and an accommodation of the hotel. It was only open for “breakfast” which was very very limited and to-go. The woman working in the restaurant was also very rude and arrogant. Also note that the pool opens at 7am, as we were woken up by sounds of kids playing in the pool echoing throughout the courtyard.
