Yes, the shuttle service has been discontinued
You should call them to check whether they are still running the shuttle. When I was there last year, they said that the shuttle service was going to stop. (When it was running, they would take you when you needed to go, you just let them know. If multiple people needed to go, they'd make sure you they could take everyone.)
