WOW!!! Not very professional at all! Website allowed me to place a 200.00 dollar order for pickup. The website also claimed they were open until 9:00. Of course they'll open till 9:00. Why else would they let me place an order at 8:00 for pickup. So the mad Men or med man whichever you prefer decided that they didn't have enough staff for the evening even though they told me to come and pick my order up via email to stay open past 7:00. So I arrive shortly after my email to find a girl taking the trash out in the parking lot blocked off I asked her what was going on are you closed she handed and hauled and she said we're not supposed to be. But we don't have enough staff to stay open. I understand things like that however at least send me an email telling me you're closing instead of an email telling me to come and get my product 20 minutes before you decide to close. I'm staying here from out of town and took a lift to the tune of $30 because this place came highly recommended. I'll be honest from a guy at a circle k. As far as my experience goes I'm not going to stop till I get my 30 bucks back for a lift. I certainly didn't get any service from them. I chalk this up to piss poor management

Place is small and cozy. Plenty of staff to assist and help you. Fast in and out. My only concern would be the inconsistent batches for example what you enjoyed at one point and go back to buy again may not necessarily be the same effect you were looking for. But it’s nature I get it but at the same time I also understand that the stuff is grown in controlled environments to a science. Just be cautious and careful with your intake.

Dee was outstanding and knowledgeable in every way. Compared to all other places I've dealt with around the entire Phoenix metro areas - MedMen is the best hands down whether it's product availability or pricing. I was in and out in less than two minutes and my products were already waiting for me to pay for them and pick-up! I highly recommend MedMen to everyone and make sure to ask for Dee!
