Yeah, good luck dealing with them. On top of being generally difficult to work with they’re super unpleasant. I guess when your customer base doesn’t really have a choice you don’t have a reason to treat them with any respect.

I've been debating on this review for a while now, but honestly if I could 0 stars that would be my honest review. Customer service....there is one person who is semi friendly, the other, well, how do you call someone a nightmare nicely? They sit and wait until the minute they can cut your water off without warning, to get their $25 fee. How I wish we had options to get water from another source. I'm hoping that something is done about the way this place ran and the people who work there.

Be prepared for "water outages" that last several hours at LEAST once a month. Like today, our water has been off over 12 hours and is still off. You can't get any of the people listed for emergency water outages to answer the phone. It's now almost 7pm and my water was out when I first woke up at 5:30am. I'm sure we will be without water all night. Customer service is pathetic. I've called all 3 numbers over 10 times in the past 12 hours but not one of them answered. Guess if your water goes out after hours/weekends you're just out of luck. So, Tracy, Barry and Paul (the emergency outages contacts) thanks for nothing.
