I am expecting a shipment that is lost in limbo. Really nobody's fault, just bad luck and miscommunication. It was redirected to this location and the tracking information was ambiguous. I stopped in to see if by chance it was there. A very friendly young woman - I think her name was Maia - asked how she could help. When I explained my situation she knew exactly who I was, had paperwork on the situation and explained that there were multiple weather related delays but it should be coming soon. I said I would try back next week and she offered to have it shipped to my home instead. I was astonished that Maia remembered my package among the thousands they must deal with at this location. Her friendly can-do attitude was so impressive. I hope UPS realizes what a gem of an employee they have and rewards her. Thanks for making my day Maia!
