If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is the biggest joke. Our water bill shot up, so I messaged the live chat when I went to pay bill. I was told " the best i can do is send someone out to check your meter". We've called and emailed 3 times with zero response to this and no one has ever come out. Horrible customer service.

This company is in cahoots with apartment complexes to rip people off. They are pulling these numbers straight from the sky.

Just need to get used to modern technology.

The worst ever! Pay my service and they still cut my water off.

Sewer charges are based on the size of your sewer, not the amount of water you send into it. Everyone on your sewer line pays the same charge regardless of how much water they do or do not use
I don't know call the water bill people!!
Theis is the address from one of their bills: Metro Water Services PO Box 305225 Nashville, TN 37230-5225
I have similar situation.
When I went by the water company to pay my bill, via the electronic machine, I noticed a posting stating that they're open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Call Metro Water Services for a new and replacement can.
Show proof of either your marriage certificate or something with your name our mail addressed to you and they'll be able to change it other than that they're not going to change it unless you have some some legal documentation
No the inside is closed, so yes the long wait on the phone is your only option. Don't know if you can access on line.
I've seen envelopes pushed under the glass door. They also have a kiosk that you can pay your bill at. Hope this helps
They should have already cut it back on.... As long as it was in the morning... I would call them ... Did you pay enough for it to get cut back on?
Idk for sure but im pretty sure it's not private property if it's the same place im thinking of.
Go to Metro Water Works and pay at the machines with cash or a card and it will give you a receipt .
Idk right off hand I would think the complex first and then the water company so they could come and check it out.
What was your bill BEFORE the transfer? If you do not mind me asking. Perhaps a transfer service fee was tacked on $ 127 is high for water bill.
You'd have to call customer service for outage information.
You will have to call then to do that
No make sure the person installing the water heater knows what they are doing!!!
Metrowater is responsible for anything street-side of the the water meter; we (property owners) are responsible for anything past the water meter going to the house or building. Metrowater will come out and fix the leak if the meter itsel or any pipe or joints leading from the main to the meter is leaking. Beginning with the very lip of the pipe leading out of the meter towards your property, you havd to fix it.
Call them!! U can make a payment off visa card or bank card!!
Call water company and ask them your account number. They will let u know what your bill is!!
Very likely for an additional fee.
Typically an MWS employee will come and unlock and turn on your main. You can alway check to see if your main is on or not. There should be a meter box below ground near the road, that has a valve which is connected to the city’s main line.
There is a valve in a meter box usually at the front of the property closest to the road that connects your homes main line to the city’s main line. It comes with a lock and a flow rate meter to measure how much water your using and if you don’t pay your bill they can lock off your water supply. From there most homes have one more valve. If there’s a basement or crawl space it will likely be in an opening in the floor, if it’s a slab usually on the side of the house. Other than that it is brought into the home at one maybe two connections from a single pipe which should be at least 3’ in the ground.
If I payed my bill online do I need to place a order for my service to be restored
