Came here to visit a grave of a friend and did not know the location. Theresa was SO helpful and eager to assist myself and my friend. She made the process much easier. Her customer service deserves 5 stars. She was so compassionate and caring, I even had on heels and she offered to drive me on the golf cart. Cannot say enough good things about her!

Our Grandmother bought a plot and said she wanted to be buried in this facility next to her mother. Since our grandmother passed in NJ, we were very nervous about the logistics to bring her home. Theresa was professional and helpful. She guided us through the process. After arriving at the facility, I was shocked to see how well maintained the facility was. Harpeth Hills Memorial garden is beautiful, and I now understand why my grandma wanted to be inured there. Thank you Theresa and the rest of the staff for helping us.

There are several Family Service Counselors on staff who can find a grave quickly. Just go to the administrative office and ask for one of the Family Service Counselors to help you.
You can try posting them on Craigslist or in the local newspaper. You can also let Harpeth Hills know that they are available.
The tree of remembrance service will be in the Chapel at 4pm. Following that they will be passing out candles to the families that are present in various locations. The actual passing out of the candles should be around 4:30pm. Hope that helps.
