Megan truly has a grounding presence, who really pays attention when people speak to her. As her colleague I have gotten to see her professionalism and how much she works to help clients attain their goals. She is a great communicator, an intuitive and thoughtful therapist, with a warming smile and sense of humor that is wonderfully calming. I highly recommend Megan as a therapist.

I’ve been seeing Megan for almost a year now and was happy to make the transition to keep seeing her at her new business. She is so deeply kind and compassionate and genuinely cares for her clients, and I always look forward to our sessions.

Megan is patient, compassionate and kind. She is also an immaculate professional. As my clinical supervisor, she made me feel extremely supported during my time training as a clinical social worker at Columbia University School of Social Work. Her ability to truly listen with great care and validate my feelings helped normalize my experiences and concerns. In addition to feeling supported, I also learned so much from her -- lessons I will take with me throughout my career. I deeply admired her clinical knowledge, resourcefulness and intuition in knowing how to work with clients. She carries herself with a calm confidence that always put me at ease. I have no doubt she utilizes all these qualities and skills with her own clients, and would not hesitate to recommend her to someone looking for a wonderful therapeutic experience!

Not only is Megan professional, caring, and dedicated but she is an excellent clinician and have seen first hand how she has helped numerous clients. I worked alongside Megan for over three years and would highly recommend her therapy services to anyone looking to get results. I have also consulted with her on various cases and highly trust her clinical opinion.

You deserve to work with a therapist that you feel safe with, like, and trust. I offer a free, no-obligation initial phone consultation so you can feel out whether I seem like the right person to help before committing to an appointment. During our consultation, I welcome and encourage any and all questions you may have about what it would be like to work together. If you feel heard, understood, and connect with my ideas about how to approach your goals, great! If not, no problem. I am happy to refer you to a colleague who would be a better fit.
I specialize in trauma treatment, anxiety treatment, and self-esteem or self-love therapy. I also have extensive experience working with depression, grief, perfectionism, and life transitions (career and personal). If you are curious about whether I work with a particular issue or concern, I encourage you to contact me so we can discuss it together.
I offer sessions both in-person and virtually. We can meet at my centrally located office in Denver, CO or online according to your preference.
I am not in-network with any insurance providers. If you are curious about whether your insurance will help pay for sessions, you can call your insurance company and ask them if you have out-of-network mental health benefits. If you do, I am happy to provide you with the documentation you need to submit for insurance reimbursement.
