I had this company come give me an estimate for raising my back porch cement slabs that had fallen away from my house for years. A very nice guy named Peyton Peeples has been my contact person. He is very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. Every time I contacted him, he was quick to respond to all my concerns and questions. About a month ago, I had the company come and do the work. They were quick and cleaned up wonderfully after done. The guy that came and did the work was named Tyler Moorehead. He walked me through everything his team was going to do and made sure I understood and agreed with him. After the work was done, he went over everything. My porch looks SO much better!! They lifted it, filled in all the cracks, and caulked the whole thing so it looks neat and tidy. I'm not embarrassed anymore to have people see my back porch. THANK YOU!!!

Carlos Castillo came out to do my bench marking after my job was completed. He was courteous, thorough, answered all the questions I had, and was just the nicest guy! I signed up for the 5 year bench mark to be done to make sure that the movement of my house is corrected, and would be thrilled if he was assigned to do that for me for the future. I highly recommend Carlos!

The length of time needed to repair a foundation often depends on the severity of the foundation’s damage. Smaller repairs can be completed within one day, and more extensive repairs can take 2-3+ days. However, once our system is installed, your home will be permanently stabilized.
When you book a free inspection with Complete Basement Systems, we will send a Certified Field Inspector to your home to diagnose the problem area, educate you on the cause, and provide multiple repair options. You will also receive a written quote on those repair options prior to our team leaving your home.

We use a high-density polyurethane foam to fill voids and stabilize and lift sinking concrete slabs. The expanding properties of the two-part urethane formula allows for accurate leveling of the slab. The result is a waterproof repair that’s much more permanent than mudjacking and other common concrete repair methods.
