My son goes for the PREP gym classes-BEST decision ever! The trainer's care and truly put forth effort in his classes. This gym is the best kept secret around. Prep is a Physician Referred Exercise Program. There's classes for adults also, so if you have arthritis, or need cardio or are a cancer survivor or other subjects you fall under, your MD can refer you and you get to attend a small group 2-3x weekly with a trainer plus all the classes that are therapeutic for you for only $50 per month! I would look into it, it's worth a try to the point I'm joining.

Great trainers, I like it because there is no sensory overload like Planet Fitness. It's a great place to exercise and get healthy. Lots of weight and cardiovascular equipment.
