First time at an urgent care; I was processed quickly and seen by Susan and Chuck. They were both very kind and professional, and I felt utterly confident in their treatment. Better experience than I've often had at my primary care physician.

The Latin receptionists are rude they don't even let you talk and all the staff in front of you stare at you as if you were going to ask them for a favor if you pay the insurance there they forget that they have their salary from us

After being sick for 11 days, my Drs office recommended I go to Urgent Care, since they had no openings. After some frustrating searching I chose this. Since it was not an emergency, I tried the make an appointment option, only to get no appointment necessary. Info said wait time was 2 hours 15 minutes. Option to check in from home was available so I checked in and timed my arrival for 2 hours. Walked in to a full waiting room, to be told that you must arrive within 30 minutes of check in. So, why offer the option to check in if you’re still going to have to sit there for 2 hours. Receptionist assured me there were only 3 people ahead of me, should be about 45 minutes. Chose to wait in my car. After an hour, went in, only 2 people ahead of me. (?). Another hour, only 1 ahead of me. Another 20 minutes it’s finally my turn. Very quickly nurse Ciani came in, took my vitals, swabbed for flu and covid. Within minutes Dr. Ballaro entered. He was wonderful! He greeted me warmly, Listened attentively, asked pertinent questions, did an exam. Most seemed to be ok but he wanted a chest X-ray. Another 5 minutes, X-ray tech Theo comes for me, does his thing and returns me to exam room. Funny guy. Within 10 minutes Dr Ballaro returns, gives me test results, prescribed meds and sent me on my way. His patient manner is open, friendly and very caring. I would choose him for my preferred provider if it weren’t such a nightmare to actually get to see him. What a great crew. Even the receptionist remained pleasant and professional dealing with a room full of sick, grumpy complaining patients. The employees aren’t the problem, the system is!

This place was horrible. Made you wait forever. Told them I wanted them to use the pharmacy across the st. Went there no prescription. Then tried calling urgent numerous times( no answer) so had to drive back over there. Where they made me wait even longer. And said they sent it to another pharmacy -that's when I replied can you just hand write the script out for me. No now I had to wait for the doctor to get done with a procedure!!!! If you sent it over to the pharmacy I asked for in the first place there wouldn't be this problem!
You need to see the doctor at urgent Care tell him why you need the blood test and he will give you a script to go to LabCorp to get it
